I've been a member of Netflix for quite a while and have never found anything relating to tactical training.
This evening I found a DVD called 'Gun Disarming'. This could either prove to be really dangerous or very useful, I am very skeptical right now.
I'll put it at the top of my list and review it when I can.

Try Smartflix.com they rent instructional videos, they cost $9.95 per movie, shipping included. I have rented a couple and been very pleased.
