Well, I went ahead and enrolled in Carbine level II for the 22nd & 23rd of September. 1800 rds of rifle ammo & 200 rds for pistol in two days. I'll be a tak'n my roll of white medical tape with me and let you know how it went.

I have just returned from Tiger Valley and I had a really great time. TJ Pilling owns the facility and is the main instructor. I have been to other schools, but this was the icing on the cake. I took the Carbine II class and put lots of rounds down range. We moved all around the range at different bays and stages, all very interesting and some quite tough. Things were done with a timer and you could see where you were at and then improve with TJ's expert advice. He gave me a lot to think about and practice, and I can't wait to take his advanced pistol class and even do some matches. He offers shotgun and precision rifle classes, also.
TJ has a good teaching style and is patient all the while applying enough pressure that you learn fast. He has excellent credentials, has real world practical experience, and is a genuine nice guy. TJ and his school have my highest endorsement. www.tigervalley.com
