    Student Course Review

    Fellow Shooters-

I just wanted to share this e-mail that I received from a student after the Basic Pistol (Handgun) Class on Sunday 9/16/07. This student had also taken the 4 hour safety course for Concealed Carry prior to Basic Pistol.

The great part about this email is out of the 10 students in this class this student had the least experience. I had Police Officers, Protection Specialist, and Operators in this class so the pace was a little faster than normal however here is what he had to say:

    Hi Tom,

I just wanted to shoot you a short e-mail, (the only shot I would imagine anyone would dare to take at you), :) and say “Thank You”, for 2 great classes with excellent information and training.

Both your classes (Concealed and Basic), were tremendously helpful; they were very information and knowledge rich. Your instructor skills and the way you present your information is far above excellent, you keep your students alert and interested every moment during class, 4 hours feels more like 1. I have had many instructors over the years, not in the handgun field, but in IT; and I must say your presentation, knowledge and ability to acquire student participation is of the best I've seen and been part of.

Your other 2 instructors, Mark and Russ; are excellent instructors and made us feel very safe and comfortable on the shooting range, even for a person as myself who has not held a handgun in over 18 years. Their skills, experience and knowledge, just as yours; are very impressive.

I give my highest and sincere respect to you, your trainers and your company.

Again, thank you very much; I hope to meet you all again some day.

    Take care,

    Christer.
