    Innovative Tactical Concepts

Has anyone taken classes with this group?

Have you also taken classes elsewhere such as, but not limited to:
Note: I'm not particularly interested in how ITC compares to Law Enforcement, or Military training....

How does ITC compare to the other classes you have taken.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

I do believe at least one of the proprietors is a member here. I cant speak about ITC, I've never been. I do know a few well respected "gun guys" in the area who have.

I cant say enough good things about TDI, John and staff are top notch, down to earth guys who leave the Hollywood stuff were it belongs... in Hollywood.

Not a single student of ITC here who's also trained at another school.

Seems to be par for the course. :( I was looking forward to an informed discussion about what makes ITC innovative over some of the other schools since they are fairly close to me.

I've trained with Tactical Response (and am going back next week for a few more classes), they're top-notch.

SouthNarc is at the top of my "guys I've got to train with" list. I have all of his DVD's and feel that his material is exceptional.

John Farnam, Gabe Suarez, Bill Rogers, and Paul Gomez also share spots at the top of my aforementioned list.

(if only I had more time and money ...)

If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

I train regularily and also compete in USPSA every month. Although the USPSA is not tactical in nature, it is alot of fun and excellent practice. Try it.

I'm scheduled in at Blackwater in the fall for their pistol/AR15 class. 5 days. Should be a good class for sure.

Don't forget to check out Larry Vickers in VA. His training is superb and he is a former Delta Spec Ops Team Member. Check out the training over at vickerstactical dot com. He does travel to other locations.

    Defensive Training

I've done all of my training at Oregon Firearms Academy - 100+ hours all told. You'll learn more at their Basic Handgun Safety class than you would after a few classes at a lot of other places. Check them out - Oregon Firearms Academy LLC
