Suarez has some training coming to Colorado later this year. I need to save some cash and try to attend one of his courses.

I have the "Die Less Often" 3 disc set. I think they contain some pretty good info and easy to learn unarmed defense techniques. Mainly some mindet info and some things to learn step by step and practice on your own. Not bad

He is a very complete trainer

For example the "Sul" is great and super fast. His technicqes all consider/use some move and HTH and he's open minded to progress, not my way is only way.

Vidoes are good, but only as a prelude to real training. If he's in your area for a class, take it. I've taken 3 classes from him; I can vouch.
