Question WA State- Permitted Blade Length?

I've been searching around the RCW, and could find plenty about what kind of blades are not allowed, where they're not allowed, etc., but I couldn't find a definitive answer on the maximum blade length allowed in Washington State. I've seen a few topic on here about blade lengths allowed by the Seattle Municipal Code Laws, but I don't know if that applies everywhere.
I realize cities usually set blade lengths, but does that mean that there is no maximum blade length set for all of Washington, only for regions?

There is no maximum blade length limitation in the Washington State laws, just the type of blade. As you have found, some cities have there own knife laws, but those only apply within those cities.

A summary of city knife laws can be found on handgunlaw.us

3.5 inches is the basic state law, but there are some stricter cities if I remember correctly.

Washington State itself has no length limit but a few municipalities have local ordinances that state a maximum blade length. Seattle has a no fixed blade law and a maximum blade length of 3.5", as an example. Bellingham has a similar limitation of blade length, or so I seem to remember having read somewhere.
