I picked up a Griptilian MDP the other day, a very nice knife indeed.

I had a Nimravus strapped to my leg almost all of Afghanistan, solid blade, took a beating, still pretty sharp. Griptilians are hard to beat too.

I just lost my Presidio 5500 Auto (i am pretty sure that was the model). I had it for 7 years and 3 deployments. Still need to see if I can find it, but the area I lost it in isnt too likely to accommodate my search. I am looking to replace it after the holidays. Benchmade is my choice of everyday pocket knife. Congrats on your purchase.

I think I have had 4 or 5 Benchmade now and have loved all of them.
I lost my original Stryker (my favorite) but have yet to replace it. I love my Griptilian with the modified sheepsfoot blade!
I am definitely sold on Benchmade, although they are not the only knives I own or will buy either. But they are kind of my "go to" knife and I always seem to have two or three available to choose from.

Good choice, I have a 710 and it seems to be the one I always go back to
