I am looking for OC to carry that clips to my pocket but still has a good blast of spray. I know nothing about different brands ect so just loooking for advice.
I have had back spray from police OC and know its effectiveness, and would like another option for defence.

I'd recommend the Fox labs MK3 with the flip top. It's two ounces of goodness and with the flip top pretty pocket safe. Go for the cone pattern, not the stream. It is VERY difficult to hit the right spots with the stream when your in a full on adrenaline dump and your target is moving. The cone makes that doable. It is NOT a fog spray, it's more of a splatter pattern. Yes, you may get some back on you but if you miss the bad guy completely you have bigger problems.
I like the flip top style cannisters from MSI or Fox. I carry a small 10% MSI spray in my EMS gear and never had a problem with the cannister, and my gear tends to get beat on. I know quite a few people happy with the old style Kimber Lifeact "spray" that conceal it in workplaces where they cant be obviously armed. For that reason I'm not a fan of the new style that looks like a gun.
