I do, but only to shave with while on the range...Pistol Bayonets - does any one use them ?![]()
I use em to open the mail with. Works great.
I have also picked my teeth with one. Of course I made sure the pistol was unloaded first, just to be safe.![]()

Just like any other bayonet training if you are that close someone always has one round left.
But.....
I can't wait to see the first holster for it.
"A first rate man with a third rate gun is far better than the other way around". The gun is a tool, you are the craftsman that makes it work. There are those who say "if I had to do it, I could" yet they never go out and train to do it. (WETSU)
I also throw knives and tomohawks.
I have to admit that it took awhile to figure out the balance and range. Once I did, I got to be pretty good with it hitting the X ring quite often.
It was hard on the Sig though. I broke the front sight twice and went through 3 pairs of grips.

I used to have one mounted on my carry pistol but, I got rid of it after I reholstered and severed the main artery in my leg.

Blame it on Sixto - now that is a viable plan.
I have one but it won't fit in my holster so I have it clipped to my neck chain that I use for my CCW badge.
I bet Gecko45 has a couple.

Talk about pain! I used one once to clean out my ear... now that's pain (paraphrase of old SNL skit)!
No use for one... but I like the one that fits on the little .22 derringer/revolver, and the laser for that too! They're just CUTE.

I am sure I saw it on the Ninja Glock pistol.
I'm still waiting for the Glock mounted grenade launcher.
Works great to stick in a BG (holding your pistol in place and ready to shoot if he makes a wrong move) while you turn it loose to scratch your butt and light a cigarette.
There's nothing new under the sun.
It's all been done before.
Just the thing for the trenches of the Somme in World War I, a Webley Mark VI .455 equipped with a Pritchard bayonet with speedy reloads on tap from a handy Prideaux speed loader. A Webley with a speed loader would still be a formidable side arm for most purposes. The Pritchard bayonet ... not so hot.
