The Spyderco Tenacious is an excellent cutlery value for those who wish to carry a linerlock tactical folder. For the money it's hard to beat and it will hold up to years of use as long as you treat it with the respect and reasonable care that any knife deserves. I own the partially serrated model with G-10 handles. It's a great knife made by a great company that stands behind their products. I got mine from ebay for well below MSRP.
