That is the only SD tool that I have on my weak side. Reason being is that in the event of a gun grab, I can use it to to fend the BG off. On the other hand, if someone tried to get my knife, my gun will be able to be used to fend off the BG.

It depends. Every day I carry a folder in my right pocket which fills both defensive and utility roles. When I carry other folding knives I carry either left pocket or AIWB depending on what I feel the situation dictates. I usually also carry a small fixed blade behind my reload on my left side.

Do you need a folded blade to CC? Also is there a max. length?

    Both sides.

I also carry a multi-tool, which is clipped to my jeans' "change pocket." The multi-tool and my Ti-Nemesis Card are the only cutting tools that I ever use. The folders are there for the what-if.

I'd ditch both and just carry a large fixed blade (bowie), if my lifestyle (dress) and local laws allowed it.
