I noticed over the weekend that my Gerber FAST was missing a couple of screws to hold the handle on. Looked over the website and saw that they have a place to request parts. I sent the message Sunday night and got a response on Monday that the screws are on the way. Nice! Even let me know which Torx heads I need to fix it. I prefer to keep the knife and fix it myself anyway. So this works out great. Thought I would pass it along in case anyone else needs something. Never hurts to ask.
