Picked up a new EDC knife yesterday

So I wanted to get something a little more compact than my S&W M&P Black M.A.G.I.C. I love the knife. It's beefy and has a lot of great options. Glass breaker, assisted opening, incredibly sturdy blade. It's huge though.

The knife I picked up was the Boker Plus SubClaw. I bought this as a strictly EDC defensive knife. I will be buying the pink one soon for my girl when I start teaching her some basic knife fighting skills so she can effectively use it. I love the size and weight and it feels amazing in my hand.

I also have a ESEE Izula on order that I'll be wearing with the lanyard around my neck for the days at work where I don't have room in my pocket of my dress pants but still want something to carry.

I'm considering the Izula myself. Also looking at the soon to be debuted ESEE Candiru which will be even smaller. I may have to get both, I already have the ESEE-3.

I like the Izula. Also can't go wrong with some handy paracord :)

I've had an Izula for the past few years or so. Great little knife and takes a great edge.
Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~Paul Howe
