Out the front -I want dual action -which means the "button"" controls out and lock ---and in and lock -thanks !!
Based solely on what I have read, I would recommend a Microtech Ultratech, Microtech Scarab, Microtech Makora, or Microtech Troodon. The new Benchmade Infidel OTF looks really nice also, but availability may be low.
The Ultratech can be had in single or double edged blade, as can the Scarab and Troodon. The Makora is double edged only. The Infidel is currently double edge only.

...not familar with OTF knives...?...
At $500 for a knife...why not just buy a second gun?

What's your usage? If it will be field/duty, I would suggest the HALO. Single-action (you draw back a charging handle-just like an AR-to retract the balde), and much simpler in operation than the DAs.
Thanks -still at $$ 350'ish ----I was hoping about 150-175$?
OTF autos are almost totally "get what you pay for". In that range, I would suggest a side-folder, in which case you can have Benchmade, MT, Ochs (Ox Forge), Dalton, or a few others.
If you watch Ebay, BladeAuction, or possibly www.microholics.org FS page, you might find a HALO or similar, that someone is desperate to sell.
Beware- if you see something too good to be true- it is. China copies of MT's HALO have sold for $200 on Ebay, and sell to dealers for about $10 or so. Some even have a passable rendition of the claw logo.![]()
