hello , i am knew to the forum, just wanted to show an example of what i do, all work is done in house by me, start to finish on my knives, i out source the sheath work most times tho. thanks for looking.
Very nice work. You gotta love that Damascus.
I like how the spanish notch breaks up the ricasso. Great grindlines, very crisp. What ginder do you use? KMG?
Also, my respect for the very even coke bottle. This fighter screams "nimble". Did you do your own HT? And what steel did you use?
thank bud, yes i do all work in house, you can view more work at www.takachforge.com
the steel used was 1095/15n20, my grinder is a Bader BIII, but i hope to purchase another this year if possible. can never have to much shop equiptment
Is that a tapered tang? I can't quite tell... looks like fine work, sir!
