    Ka-bar full size

I've got a Full Size Ka-bar (similar to the Ka-bar USMC fighting knife), and I've been thinking about a way to carry it for everyday use. My Weapons Carry License allows me to carry it (not just a handgun - and since the blade is over 5 inches, a license is required).

I know, its a little ridiculous, and I can already see the comments that y'all might post. Things like, "Why carry something so big?" or "Just carry a tactical folder" or "Just get the TDI!". My answer to any of those is, "I have this one - and I want to carry it just because!"

So now that we have that out of the way, what are ways that you could carry it? Any systems you would recommend? Preferably concealed is what I'm lookin' for.

    Thanks all!

You could jerry rig this easily with a little thought. 550 cord, j hook. many ideas come to mind and all are pretty simple.

I've thought about that, since I have a couple spools of 550 cord lying around. I was hoping there was something built specifically for carrying it in a concealed fashion that I could use, since anything I jerry rig probably wouldn't be quite top notch.

Get someone who makes kydex or leather IWB holsters, they can easily make a knife sheath.
As we used to teach in the spook business, carry a 25 if it makes you feel good, but do not ever load it. If you load it you may shoot it. If you shoot it you may hit somebody, and if you hit somebody - and he finds out about it - he may be very angry with you. -- Jeff Cooper

A horizontal belt sheath may be the answer. Something like this:
