Have used a Lansky and several other methods over the years and have always been on the lookout for something that would work on everything. The above thread on the Worksharp system interested me, so I ordered it last week. That thing is the "nuts"! Best system I've found yet with none of the work involved. My wife's good large kitchen chopping knives that have always been hard to sharpen will slice through paper now like it's not even there. I showed her that with the warning "don't cut yourself with this...it's never been this sharp before!" That pesky 12" slicing knife will go through a turkey like it's cutting butter now. Anything else, scissors, lawn mower blades, camp axes...no sweat! Sounds like a commercial, right?
