    New One- Goldsworthy Spike

For those that don't know him, Mark Goldsworthy, makes a broad varity of blade styles. I've admired his work for awhile, and finally broke down and bought one. The pics are Mark's, and hardly do the Spike justice:

41/2" blade of tool steel, with clear coat. I've never kept a cord-wrapped knife. This one I will. Cord is resin soaked, making it hammer-hard, with a slightly tacky texture. Slightly handle-heavy, so basically, you decide which end of your fist to hit with, and just "punch-through"- nothing extra on the front end to be conscious in directing. Similar in design to the Hissatsu, and I can certainly see similar application as a "BG handle"; at 41/2" the blade will easily reach everything front-to-back, and important things, top-to-bottom. Ooof!

He hasn't stricken the price from his sale post, so I'll put it here, as well: $90+ shipping(options dependant). A STEAL! And a great guy to deal with!
Not everything he makes is on his site, and he frequently post new goodies for sale over on warriotalk.

Rob72 thank you for the pics and the address. The knife looks great.

Great knife. I'll add another endorsement of Marc's knives. I bought one of his Shadowdancers a few months ago and have been very pleased with it.
