I like how there is no mention of why they were in his house. I see nothing about this guy running through the streets with this thing and fail to see why it was any more of a danger than the car parked outside his house.

Being where I hail from, it's natural to sometimes try to defend some of the things I see.
However, more often, it is impossible to do so. Really, what possible danger does this pose? I mean, what are the odds of being beheaded by a Klingon sword?????
This whole 'Nanny knows best' bull really gets under my skin. I am of the opinion that generally speaking, only the mediocre work in Government. Anyone with any REAL talent works in the private sector. So, that's why you get half baked ideas like this.

Its hard to belive that much of our law , and indeed the tradition that is the basis of the 2nd ammendment comes directly from english common law isnt it .
