Beretta RW Loveless Design Model 200A - odd scabbard

I recently bought a nice Beretta knife as described in the title - the scabbard which came with it doesn't seem to actually fit the blade. For one thing, the hilt doesn't meet the top edge of the blade enclosure properly, and the scabbard itself is at least an inch longer than the blade. Is this typical?

Also, is there a source of 'after market' scabbards for such knives?

you might want to call the company and see if they will replace the sheath for you. Maybe it was just a "lemon."

There are plenty of companies that do aftermarket sheaths. Here's a couple of good places to check.

    Thanks for the pointers.

Examining marketing photos from Beretta, it seems that the sheath I got is as intended. Not my idea of a good fit, but I guess Beretta thinks so. I think I'll check out your links and see if they sell anything more to my liking.

    Thanks again.

I'd contact my friend Mike Sastre at River City Sheaths. He can make you a dandy concealex sheath for that otherwise excellent knife.
