[Bucking the System]

For my first post, I almost did not do this, but I was encouraged by an old friend on AR15 to do so. Here goes, and this is not a solicitation!

I am about to cut a large number of HAKS, and I wish to avoid the issues that I am reading. I also want to provide the gambit of price ranges that are needed, but also the quality. The steel will vary from affordable ATS34 to S30V and Titanium. The sheaths will range from kydex to carbon fiber and a hybrid carbon fiber and kevlar wrap. I am attempting to adapt the carry systems to most officer's regular uniforms and SWAT gear and also for the armed service people.

I have been making knives for pleasure for about 10 years, but the HAK phenomenom has caught my attention. I am asking for suggestions on most liked style of blade, angle, carry options and ideas that would make the little devils more agile and appealing.

I cannot custom fit each knife, but I will be cutting about 8 different sizes.

I want to ensure the communication barriers do not develop as has been descibed here. Suggestions as to a format to avoid this would be appreciated. By the way, if you have a good idea, give it to me asap b/c I am beginning the cutting process fairly soon. I need input.
