    Kershaw 1670TBLKST

OK, you guys are the knife gurus, What can you tell me about this one. Kershaw - Ken Onion , made in U.S.A. I like the way it feels and the assisted opening. The handle of this knife sticks to you palm like it's glued there. I found it at Wally World and don't remember exactly what I gave for it, but if I remember it was close to $60.00 and so for I like it better than the Spyderco that I usually carry.

Sounds like you got Kershaw's Tactical Blur. They're very good & if I'm not mistaken, it's an A/O knife (Assisted opening). The blade may not be quite as good as the Spyderco's, but it probably opens quicker & feels good in the hand.

    Good Choice

It's a great knife, I've got the same one in my pocket right now. It holds an edge well, and I love the Kershaw's assisted opening.

That's the one. I get Spyderco knives from my work with the company logo etched on them. I put them through the ringer and they are good knives. I cut lots of heavy duty lines and whatever but the Kershaw is my carry knife and it just feels better in my hand. I knew I could ask you guys and get a honest answer about it. Thanks, Philip

Love mine. It opens quicker than some auto knives. the non slip grip really works well. the only thing I notice is it wears my jeans pockets quickly.
I had an issue with losing the main blade screw. Kershaw sent me not 1 , but 4 spare screw sets for free.

+1 on the pants wear and tear, but I can deal with that because that grip surface really is great. I've used that knife with god known what on my hands and have never had a problem with it slipping or squirming our of my hand. The Kershaw warranty department is great, if you need a part just fill out the simple form on their website and they'll send you what you need free of charge.

I have that exact knife in my pocket right now. I love it. Hell yes for wally world and an associate discount(wifey),and I really like the A/O function. I was leary of of trying an A/O seeing as its my first, but now I don't think I will get anything without at least A/O. I think my next folders will have wave on them after finally seeing one in person.
