That is just to darn cool.
I will support gun control when you can guarantee all guns are removed from this planet. That includes military and law enforcement. When you can accomplish that, then I will be the last person to lay down my gun. Then I will carry the weapon that replaces the gun.

Thanks for the link Betty, I have an 8 inch Bayonet, now I just need to get the rifle. That is one real nice setup you have there. Scabards for that bayonet are harder to come by the the blade, I believe they were leather with metal tips and metal at the mouth. I have one that was cut in half, no tip.

When I first got married I had only one gun (WWI enfield) and I kept the huge Wilkinson sword bayonet affixed at all times. Figure my rate of fire with an Enfield isn't great, but if a home invader keeps on coming...
Yeah, not the best strategy, but I made do with what I had at the time! :D
