Thanks. I dont conceal the stungun. My main concern is them saying "you cant tell its a knife by looking"--my concern is IGNORANCE. You can't miss my sheathed knife on my side as a knife,or the folders I have. But that hideaway kinda scares me as far as legality. I NEVER conceal a weapon b/c I legally can't.

It's not enough to have your stun gun unconcealed if you are somewhere that prohibits them altogether. You need to be aware where you can and can't go.
A. If any person possesses any (i) stun weapon or taser as defined in this section; (ii) knife, except a pocket knife having a folding metal blade of less than three inches; or (iii) weapon, including a weapon of like kind, designated in subsection A of § 18.2-308, other than a firearm; upon (a) the property of any public, private or religious elementary, middle or high school, including buildings and grounds; (b) that portion of any property open to the public and then exclusively used for school-sponsored functions or extracurricular activities while such functions or activities are taking place; or (c) any school bus owned or operated by any such school, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
Also, how do you ensure the stun gun is not forcibly taken from you?

How do I ensure knives/firearms aren't forcibly taken from me?
I don't carry it anymore anyway.

Ghetto, head over to www.badlandsforums.com, and go to the Hideaway board, and post your query. I seem to remember a few people from your neck of the woods over there. You can request a custom maker via email to FrontSight, just let her know what you're interested in (Curvy, Straight, Hybrid, etc), and who you would like to have grinding. It will take awhile, but it is worth it.

When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.
