Do not order from a-1-tools!! I ordered from A-1-tools.com on the 28th of September. I received a confirmation email and was charged for my knife (Tops knives/ Loner)on the 1st of October. According to their "policies" most orders are processed within 24 hours. And most orders arrive within 3-5 days depending upon location. Great, I can't wait.....
Well suffice it to say after 2 plus weeks I haven't received my knife or any replies to the 4 emails I have sent them about my order. I called my bank to rectify the problem and they are dealing with A-1-tool's bank currently. Buyer beware!! :hand1:

No problem on the heads up. Oh, and there's no contact number or address for the company. Didn't find that out until after the fact.
However, there is a name and phone number attatched to the sale according to my bank records.. The number is a fax. No human available.. Should I name drop the crook? Hmmm.
But I was given provisional credit for the purchase by my bank until the issue is resolved with this person's bank. So no complaints at this time. I think?
It's good to hear that you got your money back & aren't out anything. However, if you're like me, I still get excited knowing a new knife (Gun or any "toy" for that matter), is coming. So it is a letdown when there's a delay, especially when you're "led" to believe that you'll receive it within a week or so. It's different when you know you have to wait.
Definitely thanks for the heads up. That's what this Forum's all about; assisting people & providing great info, whether good or bad.
