If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

I have thought it was. In an attempt to prove this to you I have been looking for laws to back up my argument, but have been unable to find any.

I'd say any assisted opener would be fine. Unwilling (and unable, I'm saving for my first pistol) to spend the almost $200 for a good benchmade griptilian, I found myself a Buck Bones. Its stong, durable, thin, and cheap.

Springfield Armory Loaded 1911A1, two extra mags in blackhawk kydex mag holders, 1 surefire E1e in a blackhawk carrier, cold steel recon tanto, S&W 442 in pocket holster and one speed loader. If I wear boots I sometimes carry a gerber guardian in them.
To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them.
