    BTW, when I said it does large serrations, I meant the normal ones we have on our pocket knives. It won't do the little tiny serrations like on the cheapo steak knives and such because the gaps between the serrations are smaller than the curvature of the ceramic stones.

    Thanks All....I think I will get the Spyderco Sharpmaker.....it seems to get great reviews.

    +1 on the Spyderco Sharpmaker. It's extremely versatile and comes in a very convenient case.
