If you carry in Condition 3, you have two empty chambers. One in the weapon...the other between your ears.

Check you local laws and then check them again... in most areas they are a no-no.

I believe: "You can pay $1500-3000 for a good one, or $100 for one with blade play or blade HQ(?). I got the Out The Front for $150."

Yeah a custom Italian-style can get pricey. For nice but fun, I like the little Hubertus knives. The autos aren't legal to carry in PA, I'm 99.99% sure, but possession (having in one's home) may be okay- you'll have to check. For a novelty, they are cool, but for any real use, the locks are waaaay too weak.

That's your out, but remember: preponderance of evidence is on YOU. For all practical purposes, it cannot leave your house, ever. If it does, it needs to be in the original box, and you better be taking it to a store front knife dealer who has autos in the case(having email correspondence indicating a pending deal would be good, if you were stopped.)
