Learn from this, as it's a clear-cut example of how immediate the recovery is. All it takes is ignoring what one is "supposed to do" when struck by a Taser. Whaddayagot when your Tasing is done, when attempted by a single person lacking backup and cuffs? One angry and motivated attacker, with little way to stop him.
I agree. In a sense, it should really have been in a fully-enclosed space, where the true effects of Tasing the bull could play out. Simply zapping the bull for effect is petty. Want to do a study? Show the real results ... and the real limitations against a motivated target.
Your best weapon is your brain. Don't leave home without it.
