Yeah, but not for very long!
When you’re wounded and left on Afghanistan’s plains,
And the women come out to cut up what remains,
Just roll to your rifle and blow out your brains,
And go to your God like a soldier.
Long enough to shove the guy with the camera between you and the bull!
I could tell the bull wasnt in a good mood when he got up. Pay-back is hell.
I'm no tree huggin', animal rights, save the spotted owls pansy, but that was just mean.......!
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in a grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
Short term effect. The only thing that protected the shooter wasn't the taser. It was the pipe fence.
Considering yourself to be defenseless is the first administrative step to becoming a victim.
Learn from this, as it's a clear-cut example of how immediate the recovery is. All it takes is ignoring what one is "supposed to do" when struck by a Taser. Whaddayagot when your Tasing is done, when attempted by a single person lacking backup and cuffs? One angry and motivated attacker, with little way to stop him.
If that Bull ever have the opportunity to be alone with that guy!!!

I'm sorry, but that is just hilarious! Cow-tipping in the new age, LOL.
Gun control can be blamed in part for allowing 9/11 to happen.
"Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum" (Latin)- "If you want peace, prepare for war".
It's a good thing the bull wasn't full of PCP.
For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the son of man be. Mathew 24:27
Holy cow! That taser literally knocked him stiff.
Reminded me of Gene Hackman's line about training horses in Crimson Tide:
Capt. Ramsey: ...You just stick a cattle prod up their ass and you can get a horse to deal cards.
An armed populace are called citizens.
An unarmed populace are called subjects.
