    this is pretty slick. There is a list of a bunch of different steels used in knife blades, you can click on any of them to see exactly what it's properties are.

    That's outstanding.

    I personally have always found the metallurgy and characteristics of individual steels to be extremely confusing. This helps a lot. Thks!
