I too carry a Blur daily. I love the clip it has never failed me. Also the sand paper type grip really gives good purchase.

just bought a junkyard II. seems nice. I like the grip and blade, only thing that dissapointed was that I thought it was an assited opening blade and it is not just a regular flipper. I also bought a skyline which is smaller and works well.
That speedbump or maybe spec bump will be next, feels very nice in the hand.

It's black with a half serrated blade. Positive clip and positive assisted opening. It's clipped to my back pocket as we speak and has become my other EDC.![]()

Here's a question for ya guys.
Which Ken Onion AO knife can the clip be changed so that it can be worn on the weak-side? For us right handers, that'd be on the left hand pocket.

I like my Blur. It has served me well.

I have one of these. It is awesome. I handled an old spyderco I have the other day, and the spyder-hole just seem like such a slow way of opening after you get used to just hitting the spur on the back of the kershaw.
I had another kershaw, similar to the first one in the pic on the OP, but with the "wavey" blade it was a pain in the butt to sharpen.

Mmmm,
Late to the party as usual.
Anyhow, looking for a combination 'Utility" (99%) and 'tactical (1% ... maybe, if ... ), with (CO mandated 3.5" or less blade) I settled on a Blur (plain) about Sept. 1, liked it so well I ordered a second on the 19th.
They'll replace the excellent Spyderco Police I've carried for about 10-12 years.
Only draw back is it's probably not the very best choice for waistband carry, but if it becomes a problem I'll have to come up with some kind of IWB sheath or pouch.
The secure grip on the Blur is an outstanding feature.
IMHO, of course.

I just got delivery of the Oso Sweet I got on EBay.
First, the pictures do not do the handle material justice. It's hard to describe, but it almost looks like some type of exotic skin in appreanace, but feels a little harder than rubber. It's not as grippy as the Blur sandpaper type material, but better than the Kershaw Leek.
Second, the blade is supposed to be 3 1/2" long, but seems to be just as long as my 3" Spyderco.
Lastly, for $30 delivered, I won't be crying about it if I misplace it. I also like the fact that the Oso Sweet is so plain looking that should I pull it out to peel an apple at a family picnic, no one will even blink. I know some people like the all black kill with a look type tactical knife, but that's the last thing I want.
The only minor nit I have to pick is that the pocket clip could be a little longer.
