    Gerber Customer Service Rocks!

    Bent a couple c-clips on my Gerber multi-tool the other day by dropping it about two stories down onto concrete. Shot an e-mail off to Gerber and had a phone call back from them within 10 minutes.
    The very nice lady said no prob sending the clips, plus she sent the actuators and springs, plus a new belt holster for the tool.
    Got everything three days later in the mail!

    Isn't it refreshing to deal with companies that actually care about the customer. Glad yo got such a favorable response.
    The last Blood Moon Tetrad for this millennium starts in April 2014 and ends in September 2015...according to NASA.

    It is so refreshing! Actually had positive experiences like that two days in a row! The other one was with Dorcy flashlights. Dropped the flashlight the same two stories. Not hardly a mark on the outside, but the impact shattered the brittle (weak point) plastic battery carrier/holder on the inside. Called their customer service and the replacement (free) is on the way as I write this.
    Companies with excellent customer service go to the top of my short list.
    There is alot to be said for "value added".
