    OC Spray Carry in Maryland????

    I live in pennsylvania and i am going to maryland i know that i cant carry my pistol but what about my oc???

    If I'm not mistaken I believe non-lethal is ok... but don't quote me on that.

    I am a retired LEO from MD. You are good to go with state law but several counties have their own statutes. Over all I would carry in good faith and you should be OK. Funny thing about those local laws is many police don't even know them;)
