Good knives. Be aware of state law regarding "push/punch knives."
A tad on the fragile side, as far as blade thickness, but the DEs aren't utility knives, by any means.
I'd be interested in learning more about the knife quality, what kind of steel are they made of blade thickness etc

new versions are junk and made so thin its unrealIMO avoid the new bowen versions and if you must have one try to find one made in the 90s or before.
my issue with these knives has always been: exactly how am i supposed to deploy this thing when i really need to? as in, quickly and smoothly? i've never seen one drawn, so maybe i'm wrong, but from what i've seen, it looks like you'd have to undue your belt, before you could draw it. i don't see the benefit, or practicality. can someone explain this to me?
