I have an Endura and love it. I'm getting ready to travel to WV and, as I understand the law, they don't allow longer than a 3.5 inch blade. I thought that was a great excuse to buy a new knife. I was looking at the Native. I really like the looks of it, the blade length is good and the price is not bad. Made in USA too!
My only question is if this will be allowed in VA with the way the edge is ground, almost dagger like. VA does not allow concealed carry of daggers. Would this qualify as a dagger?
Thanks for any wisdom you all may have.
I believe the definition of a dagger is a knife that is sharpened on both edges which the Native is not.
I have a Native and Delica. Both are excellent knives and would meet your blade length requirement (no, I don't work for Spyderco :)).
That's what I was thinking.
I have the endura and love spyderco too.
The Native was my first Spyderco. I love this knife. It is light and has the S30V blade steel. It feels great in your hand and has very good grip.
For the $$ it is a hard knife to beat!!
