    Very nice collection. What is the handle material on the 12-6? I really like that older Astro too. I'll try to get some shots of my collection up soon. Thanks for sharing guys.

    The 12-6 handle is Maple; I had to wait 3 years for it but it came out better than I expected. The coolie cap is an option I would recommend; it brings the hilt into play as a striking weapon or breakout tool.

    I carried the No.1 for 15 years in the Army until my last Bde Cdr gave me some crap about it not presenting a military appearance; I ordered a Busse Basic Combat to replace it but it just wasn't the same.

    My wife always asks how many knives do you need and of course the answer is it is impossible to have too many.
