    I'm from San Antonio; I never carried while I live there but when I visited last Christmas, I carried a folder. I didn't know San Antonio has its own laws outside of the Texas state law regarding knives.

    I didn't know you could buy a folder that didn't have a locking blade. Hmmm

    In Ohio it is a length restriction, in NC it is restricted on length, fixed blade, and assisted opening.
