To my mind, an AK was never supposed to be that refined. If you like it though....just stay away from me with that pig sticker. I'd prefer to keep MY kidneys!
"Don't Tread on Me"
No thanks. That’s not what an AK is supposed to look like.
I don't want a rifle I can't shoot (other than a rare historical artifact), and I can't imagine shooting that one.

Yeah, I wouldn't turn one down, but I wouldn't actually pay what they're going to want for one. I like the idea of a quality, "tuned" rifle, but all the window dressing seems wasted on what is supposed to be "the people's rifle."
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.
I wouldn't turn down a free one but would not spend the money on it. I would rather take the money required and buy a Saiga rifle in each caliber and keep all my body parts, LOL.

I suspect they'll all be bought up by third world dictators using our foreign aid money.
Nutnfancy from youtube showed these being introduced at SHOT. Check out the Arsenal booth vid. Very interesting, AK guy or not.
For probably the most utilitarian rifle ever made, that sure is a strikingly nice set of bling for that thing.
If I won one in a raffle, I'd be one happy camper, but I don't see myself giving up half my liver, a kidney or a lung for one.
Is is very nice looking though!

How much...?
I know, I know... If ya have to ask....
"Who is to say that I am not an instrument of karma? Indeed, who is to say that I am not the very hand of God himself, dispatched by the Almighty to smite the Philistines and hypocrites, to lay low the dishonest and corrupt, and to bust the jawbone of some jackass that so desperately deserves it?"
It looks... unique (?)
I like AKs, don't get me wrong, but not this one. If I want a pretty, showcase gun, it won't be this.

An expensive AK safe queen - I don't get it.
It looks very nice, but I still don't get it.
