Right. I think its just a concept that is only in the beginning stages of develoment. I suppose the ammo will make my Gold Dots seem cheap by comparison...

Gold Dots seem cheap? I think the ammo will make a box of 20rds of .338 Lapua seem cheap and those sell for $100 per 20 rds! Which only goes to prove, all the really NEAT toys can only be had in government service. That's why I loved the M1A1 Abrams tank.
