New 870P Arrived

I finally got my 870P Tuesday.

Looks like this is a popular month for HD shotguns here.

Sorry I can't post a picture. They won't load from my camera to the PC. It might be time for a new PC, 10 year old ME that I upgraded to XP.

I ordered it local on 10/2. Checked on it 3 times and they never got back with me, on it's status. So I found one on GB and won it for $499, new.

It has the speedfeed stock, 2 round extension and bead sight.

I really like it, the action is so smooth.

I ordered a Hogue 12" LOP stock and forend for it and I am going to order a stainless mag. follower. I haven't decided yet if I am going to put a light on it.

I am going to try and find a few different brands of reduced recoil buckshot after hunting season, to pattern it, if we are not covered with snow.

I know what you mean on the pics ordeal and the PC. I use my cell phone and bluetooth since the camera won't cooperate like it used to. Month for shotguns? Maybe....but usually what you're getting into surfaces since that's your focus. Reduced recoil loads and patterning? A couple of years ago after getting my 870 Express, I went with TDSUS (forum sponsor) on the reduced 12ga loads. They had a deal going and I went for it. Couldn't be happier with the service, or the patterning at the range. After shooting one box of them through my 870, the other four boxes are put away for the special applications.
