As a proud owner of a 556 Patrol, I'd say buy an Arsenal instead of this gun. 1200 smackers is a lot of dough for an AK with better ergonomics. Sure it might be more accurate, but if you're just looking for a 7.62x39 carbine, grab an RPK/AK/SKS and spend the difference on boatloads of ammo. Not saying that I don't think the rifle would be cool, I'm sure it would be bad-ass, but unless you live in a state that bands AK's by name like Connecticut, I find the appeal of this rifle to be far too niche.

I think that rifle looks pretty sweet, though I already have an AK and two ARs at this point. I can't say I wouldn't like one though; just that I would have a hard time justifying the purchase in my mind. Still though, it looks like a rifle anyone who dropped the dough to get it would be very happy with. It would be interesting to see how much accuracy you can get out of the 7.62X39 round, since it does fly much like a .30-30 without the inhibition of the rounded nose bullet.

Heh, if you squint, it just looks like an AK with black furniture :)

Would be a cool rifle to have, but I see no need in owning one, personally.

I'm pretty sure I read the MSRP was something like $1299 but i'm sure you'll be able to find one for around $1100, still not cheap, but that's kind of expected with Sig Sauer/Sig Arms. I mean, you show me an inexpensive Sig, and I'll show you airsoft.
