2-point sling on a Model 94?

    2-point sling on a Model 94?

    I have a model 94 (doesn't everybody) that I'd like to set up with a 2 point sling.

    anybody done this?
    ...or have suggestions to attach the forward point of the sling?

    They make a "band" type front attachment that goes around the magazine tube. I'm sure any of the gun websites have them. here's a link to one...

    I'm looking too, if you beat me to it post results. Most reviews of these on websites weren't super, but I don't think they were Uncle Mike's. I've had good look with other UM products.

    Thanks for the link and suggestions.


    However, to be more specific, I am looking for a way to get the attachment point on the left hand side of the gun. It also would need to be closer to directly beside the barrel, not the magazine tube.

    Trying to get the gun to hang across the chest, much the same manner an AR would with a 2-point sling.

    I would take a drill and drill a small hole in the front of the handguard behind the reciever, loop a sling mount through there and mount a one point sling
