Nice pix, And congrats on the new purchace. I know you will have a lot of fun with it. By the way , were the pistols in the case when you opened it. I always like to find "extra" suprises in my packages .

I wish! The only extra suprise was that it was a 590 instead of a 500 like the guy said it was. And I wasn't expecting a case. This is the first thing I've bought online that I didn't see a pic of what I was buying.

    I'd rather have a 590 than a 500 (even though I do have the 500)! Nice snag.

Yeah, I'd rather have the 590 also, but I would've been as happy with a 500. I'm taking it out Sunday with my 835 for a little pigeon hunting. I can't wait to shoot it.

Nice indeed and a great deal.

I spaced out your pics to separate one from another.

You are going to Pigeon hunt with that?????? I gotta have longer barrel when I shoot shotguns for sporting purposes.

+1 on Doc's sentiment. Perhaps one trip to shoot pigeons just for fun and giggles.

Yeah, I'm going to see how she feels. I have a Mossberg 835 28" barrel I hunt with. I just want to test drive the new toy.

Well, I never had to shoot the 835 today. The 590 killed the first three birds I shot at and killed seven out of the first ten I shot at. I had a record day with 32 pigeons to my credit. The 590 was dropping birds at 40 yards with no problems. This may be my new pigeon gun!
