I am not a fan. I like wood on my lever action rifles.

The answer to the question no one asked?
I like the Marlin with the Picatinny rail, if I was going to get another one.

Seriously What are the designers smoking that come up with some of this crap.IMHO "Tactical" is being used waaaaayyyy tooooo much to try to get people and mall ninjas to buy something. Can't wait til they come out with a black knife with a picatinny rail and a laser,so you know where your blade tip is going as you strike,or if the BG sees the dot he gives up before you have to stab him

This thing is ugly and stupid!!

Last I recall lever actions were great because of their simplicity. Add a scope and sling and your done. No need for adjustable stocks and attachment points for foregrips, taclights, etc.

I really don't see why anyone would buy one, but maybe that is just me.

I also saw that stoeger has a new "tactical" over-under. I mean really? Don't you think there are somethings that should be left to blued steel and fine wood, like lever actions and over unders?

Eh. I kinda like it. I'd like it more if there was just one rail on the top with composite furniture replacing the standard wood.

I have a classic (~60s) 1894 in 30-30 and I love it. This is too much though! I wouldn't mind an all black 30-30 or something a little less tacti-cool, maybe 1 rail along the bottom for a flashlight. Something in a handgun caliber as well, such as .44 magnum.

This is a poachers dream weapon. Add a Infrared laser light combo with a silencer. Grab and pair of night vision goggles and extra batteries and a hunting we will go.

Not a fan, but then I never was one to hang a bunch of crap on my rifle, even the black ones.

That gun is ugly...and really, whats the point? If one wants all sorts of little gizmos on their gun, there are guns that are much more suited than a lever action.

All that crap defiles the clean lines of a classic gun.

It's just another example of Engineers sitting around a big oval table trying to fix something that wasnt broke.

Someone will buy them. I definately do not like the stock, a black wood or composite stock I could accept, but the adjustable stock is for AR15's, not lever guns and AK's. The rails? Maybe a little much but could be useful.

It's not the prettiest, but it might be something to package up real good and put in a hole for that SHTF moment..
