300 blkout complete rifle purchase question

I have been lookin for any info on Wheather or not a complete 300 blackout rifle non sbr is cash and carry or a regulated firearm in the state of marylAnd. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

NoT just an upper. Buying the gun built as a 300 over 16" rifle

Maryland is pretty anti-gun. Can you even get a dreaded black assault weapon there? Does it have to be registered with the state so that they can take it from you later on?

Regulated how? Forgive us for not understanding. We arent used to having to worry about stuff like that.

Yea heavy barrel at 15 are cash and carry here. There are a lot of weird wording laws here but basically I'm trying to find out if 300 are cash and carry..seeing as how this is a fairly new gun I woulda figured it would be treated as a long rifle. Hoping someone has some info

Blackouts are very hard to get right now. Everyone that I know that deals with them is out. I've been using naked barrels to build uppers with and even they are hard to get. I'm down to 3 left and have no idea when I can get some more.

If you see one, you better grab it.

That Blackout shouldnt be treated any differently than any other rifle.
