if you've got good hearing protection, flash suppressing glasses and a good shoulder then yes you should, if your missing any of the three then yes you should get it anyhow, those guns are the talk of the range when they come out. Plus they are just plain fun.

Judging from the pictures on wiki and the mfg date it is a 1891/30. my wife wants me to buy it...i better listen to her.

I'm surprised fleet has one, they don't always have the best selection. You really can't go wrong for $100, and I've heard a lot of good things about them, go for it!

Buy it. You can't go wrong for the price, and they are a ton of fun.
Google "Mosin Nagant Forum" and look at the 3 or so sites that come up for tips about the guns.
