Who...wha..?
Could you please rephrase that in something other than shortspeak? If you are compensating for using a phone to post, please wait until you get to something with an actual keyboard.

Here is what the OP is refering to. No info personally. You could check AR15.com another AR site for more user info.

AR users would know what Core 15 was others it would not madder much. A weapon that needs to be talked about.
Well made cost effective
Yeah, OK.

Adams Arms piston system = ok
Commercial receiver extension = negative
Vice President was a key figure at Bushmaster = negative in my mind because Bushmaster cuts corners. But, he may have been an advocate for quality for all know. For now, that isn't a positive for me.
4150 barrel steel = positive
Magpul MBUS polymer sights on the piston railed gas block = negative. This is a bad idea on a railed gas block due to heat. Piston rifles get very hot at the gas block and it's possible it will melt it. It may melt severely or enough to shift zero quite a bit. Generally a bad idea.
It appears the castle nut is not staked = negative. To me, it's not a big deal as I often swap them and staking is very simple. BUT, many don't even know that some are staked and this could be an issue at some point. I know many officers with no idea about this stuff yet depend on their rifles.

Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~Paul Howe
Thanks Jon, I'd have been an arse. Too much time on M4C. - Speaking of which, reply to your PM from a week ago will ya? Prices are going up.

I thought I did?
I think all my time on Lightfighter has made me so much of an ass, that I'm back to normal!

You were supposed to check your schedule and get back to me about the specified time frame. Still waiting.

Core15's BCG looks promising, so I ordered one to try out.
I also have been trying to get some first hand info.
The reviews on the sellers sites are quite good
They seem very light at 5.2-5.6 lbs empty for the gas impingement models.
Of concern I called and emailed the manufacturer and unfortunately did not get a response.
Sure did not get help from the forum.
What is your take or heard on Core 15
Thanks,
Galja
