Thanks for the vid. I have a Windham and I am extremely happy with it. I can appreciate their attention to detail. Fit and finish is outstanding.

Yup, when I got my first Windham rifle I was blown away at the quality for the price. So I picked up a second one. Same thing, outstanding quality. I then picked up ever rifle I've seen at shops since and every time the rifles are well made. So, I wanted to learn more about their company. What I learned is that they are down to earth people working at a relatively small company that take great pride in what they do. I'm glad I had that opportunity to visit with them and I'm glad I was able to share it with others through the lens of a camera.

Great Vid MilArms. That was downright refreshing.

Liberty Over TyrannyΜολὼν λαβέ
Thank you for another great video. The folks at Windham really seem to have a good thing going. I hope it continues. Great success story of small town America too.
I'll keep my freedom, my liberty, and my guns. You can keep the change.
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I just don't get too excited about another hobby grade AR maker. I appreciate the fact he came out of retirement to put folks back to work though.
Outstanding quality? 6061T6 RE instead of 7075T6 hammer extruded and dry lube internally, commercial REs with much more slop than mil spec, 1/9 twist, FSB is not F marked, castle nut is not staked, instead of having to file down a set of handguards, perhaps they could buy from a more quality vendor that makes them to spec. The assembly procedures make me want to vomit. Using a pliers to bend and install a gas tube? No torque wrenches in use? For less money than a Windham Weaponry rifle you can buy a Colt 6920 and have it made as close to mil spec as you can legally own without being NFA. I'll take the Colt over Windham Weaponry any day of the week. Quality is much better using better materials, better assembly processes, and Colt has been doing it longer than Bushmaster/Windham Weaponry has been around.

Tubby45 you took the words out of my mouth. The only difference between a LE6920 and a government M4 is the trigger that's in it. Also for about the same price you can get a Bravo Company.
Tubby45, that's the exact thoughts I had when painfully watching this video as MAC explained how high of quality standards WW put in to their 'weapons'. I commented on his video on YouTube, and was told I'm no longer welcome there. If anything, I apologize for trying to inform some none who may be looking for a weapon for an operational environment to look elsewhere, and not get a WW rifle.
...sent from my mind, using telepathy!
I saw a WW AR at a Cabelas a few months ago when I was shopping for a black rifle, compared it against the Bushmasters they had on the rack (they only had those, Black Rain, and a SCAR) and I was impressed. A few weeks later at the gun show I ended up buying my AR at, I saw a WW. It was as I remembered, but I also compared it with a PSA, Colt, and DD rifles, and then I was no longer so impressed with the WW. I ended up going the PSA route, which is at about the same price point as WW, but is so much nicer.

PSA is lesser quality than Colt.

It's not about my personal feelings*, it's about people buying quality weapons and not wasting their money. $150 separates someone from buying a poor quality PSA instead of a good quality Colt. That's the point. Don't buy a weapon from a company that cuts corners to meet a price point.
*Note that feelings are different than opinions.

I see the M4C crowd came over here to pollute this thread after Tubby mentioned this forum in a thread over there. I guess it wasn't enough you guys got the thread locked on M4C with your non-sense, so you had to come over here and continue it.
You were blocked from my channel because calling me a "retard" isn't going to fly. If you have so little tact that you can't convey a thought without using insults, I'll handle you accordingly.
