Looks good. I'm assuming that is inside a walk-in closet.
The situation will NEVER BE THE WAY YOU WANT, it WILL BE THE WAY IT IS. You must be FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ADAPT and just "DEAL WITH IT".

It's right about my TV in the living room. It's my grandpa's old ithaca 20 ga. It's been shot so much it's really not up to par (avid duck hunter). More of a keep sake for me now. I just like to look at it and think of my gramps shootin ducks in spirit.

I Do Not Like that you don't have more of these. Very nice work Sir.

Shall I say 'real pretty'! My complements to your craftsmanship (assuming you still have all your fingers after using the power tools - just kidding).

    Very nice.

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

Yes sir, all 10! Thank you all very much for the compliments. Did some redneck engineering on the loops where the gun rests. I used an old thin beer koozie to pad it so the gun wouldn't get scratched. Worked perfectly.

Simple and functional, it doesn't take away from the gun it displays. What's not to like?

Check your State Laws, you may want to put a trigger lock on it,some States have laws against Children being able to access firearms, that is why you no longer see any gun cabinets with glass doors to display firearms in
