    Del-ton ARs

    I have an opportunity to purchase one used with an EOTech sight for $750. I have a lot of experience with ARs but none what so ever with del-ton. Any one have any experience with them?

    Most new EOTech sights are at least $400 (not sure what model you're looking at). Maybe I'm wrong, but the sight alone makes this sound like a great deal, especially since ARs are going like hot cakes and the "assault weapon" ban seems to be very likely. I don't know anything about Del-ton but I'm sure the Internet will have plenty of reviews.

    Del-ton ARs

    I'd hop in it. I am not into the brand thing too much. As long as it is mil spec and the barrel, receiver are quality are good I don't care. Swapping parts is pretty cheap and easy.

    Would not be my first choice, but at this point the way things are, grab it. The eotech alone makes it a good deal - if it truly is an eotech.

    If you don't like it you can sell the gun for $750 and keep the EOTech.

    I just finished a build of a New Frontier Armory lower and Del Ton upper. It works great. On-line reviews of the Del Ton are all good as well.

    Buy it, split it, sell both for profit and wait for a better AR in stock.

    Hope you ended up buying it, that's a great deal.

    Magpul hand guard=$35 stock=$75 grip=$25 trigger guard=$10
    Eotech= ~$350-400+

    That's $550 not even including the price of the rifle itself. And only 200 rounds through is almost new... jealous...

    Re: Del-ton ARs

    I didn't end up buying it mainly because of finances just not in the budget right now. But I did see it and its a nice rifle but the EOTech has a U.S. Government property stamp on it so I don't wanna mess with that anyways. I will just purchase one after deployment
